Replacement Timing & Warranty
SHIELD filters are designed to last 6-12 months depending on your water quality and usage. The My Crusader app tracks real-time filter life based on water flow, so you will know exactly when replacement is needed.
Regular filter replacement is required to maintain NSF certification performance and system warranty coverage. Filters purchased through authorized dealers or approved retailers are covered under the SHIELD warranty.
We recommend ordering replacement filters when the app shows 25% remaining life, giving you time to receive and install them before protection is compromised.
